HYBRID-REMOTE POSITION
Seeking Full or Part Time Licensed therapist to work in outpatient setting with adults, adolescents and children, to provide individual psychotherapy, family work, and/or parent guidance

QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferred experience working with children, adolescents, and adults as a licensed therapist
- Experience and/or strong interest in psychotherapy
- Ability to complete documentation accurately and in timely fashion to maintain clinical care
- Proficiency in psychiatric assessment, evaluation, and longitudinal treatment
- Excellent interpersonal communication
- Organizational skills
- Conflict resolution
- CURRENT LICENSURE as a Social Worker, psychologist, mental health counselor, or marriage and family therapist
- Mental Health in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Bachelor’s degree Required
Therapy and Counseling – Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions, and for career counseling and guidance. Psychology – Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Parent guidance/Family work
- Remain knowledgeable regarding issues of assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning
- Attend and actively participate in psychiatry team meetings
- Safety/risk assessments
- Perform related duties as assigned
- Assist with marketing efforts and serve as a role model to reflect commitment to vision of Northshore Mind
